How Our Management Fee Works

Included in this fee:

  • 24/7 booking management and guest communication

  • Dynamic pricing and calendar updates

  • Professional cleaning coordination

  • Maintenance coordination and issue resolution

  • Owner dashboard access

  • Monthly reports and ACH payouts

  • Guest reviews and performance management

  • Ongoing optimization to increase your revenue

  • You'll never pay extra for basic services that should be included in a full-service management partnership.

    Additional Costs to Expect

    Cleaning

    • Each guest stay includes a professional turnover cleaning with linen service.

    • Cleanings are scheduled automatically and paid for by the guest as a separate cleaning fee in their Airbnb reservation.

    • Standard rate: $105 per cleaning (paid to our cleaning partner)

    Maintenance

    • Light repairs (under $150) are handled and deducted from your monthly payout.

    • Larger or specialized repairs require your written approval.

    • You’re never charged for anything without seeing the breakdown first.
