You’ll receive a digital check-in guide via email and/or text prior to your arrival. All StayMint properties use keyless smart locks, so you can access the home using your custom access code. No key exchanges or meetups required.
Where can I find the WiFi info?
WiFi network names and passwords are:
• Provided in your check-in instructions
• Printed inside the unit (typically near the entry, kitchen, or workspace)
• Also available via QR code signage throughout the property
If you’re still having trouble connecting, scan the in-unit QR code for WiFi troubleshooting or contact us directly.
We also visually inspect your property during each turnover and report any signs of damage immediately.

In most cases, your unit will be fully stocked for the length of your stay. If you’re staying longer than 5 days or need anything replenished, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

No. All StayMint properties are 100% smoke-free and vape-free indoors. Violations will result in a cleaning fee and may lead to early termination of your reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. If pets are allowed at your unit, it will be stated clearly in the listing. Please do not bring pets unless your listing explicitly allows them and your reservation includes a pet fee.
Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges and possible removal from the property.
Where do I park?
Parking instructions are included in your check-in guide. If your unit includes a designated space or garage, that will be detailed. If street parking is required, we’ll let you know about any restrictions.
Please follow all posted signs and local parking rules to avoid tickets or towing.
What should I do when checking out?
Check-out is simple:
1. Please gather all trash in the provided bins
2. Wash any used dishes or load/run the dishwasher
3. Return any furniture or items to their original locations
4. Make sure the door is locked behind you
5. Text us to confirm checkout if requested in your instructions
You do not need to strip the beds or start laundry — we’ll handle that.
What if I leave something behind?
Submit a Lost & Found request via our Guest Help Center. Include your name, stay dates, property address, and a description of the item. If found, we’ll arrange to have it shipped back to you.
