    How much does StayMint charge for property management?

    We charge a flat 20% management fee based on your gross monthly booking revenue. This covers all listing management, guest communication, dynamic pricing, cleaning coordination, and ongoing support. There are no setup fees or hidden charges unless optional add-ons are requested.

    Who pays for cleaning?

    The guest pays a separate cleaning fee as part of their Airbnb booking. We coordinate the turnover service through our trusted cleaning partner (Total Concord Cleaning), and ensure the property is ready for each new arrival. The cleaning fee is typically $105 per stay for a standard-sized unit.

    What happens if a guest damages my property?

    Airbnb provides a Host Damage Protection program (formerly “AirCover”) that offers up to $3 million in coverage for eligible damages. In addition, we collect a security deposit on applicable listings, and all issues are documented and submitted through the Airbnb resolution process.

    We also visually inspect your property during each turnover and report any signs of damage immediately.

    How do I get paid?

    You’ll receive your net payout by ACH transfer by the 5th business day of each month. Along with the deposit, you’ll get a detailed monthly report showing your gross revenue, management fee, cleaning charges, any vendor expenses, and your final take-home amount.

    Can I still use my property for personal stays?

    Absolutely. You maintain full ownership and control. You can block off any dates you’d like for personal use by notifying us through your Owner Dashboard. We recommend providing at least 10 days’ notice to avoid overlapping with existing guest bookings.

    What if something needs to be repaired?

    If a guest reports a maintenance issue, we’ll troubleshoot and dispatch a vendor from our local network. For minor repairs (under $150), we take care of it immediately and document the work in your monthly statement. For larger repairs, we’ll send you a quote for approval unless it’s an emergency.

    Is my property eligible for Airbnb in Orlando?

    Short-term rental rules vary depending on location. We’ll help you understand what applies to your specific property — including any HOA rules, zoning laws, or licensing requirements. In many Orlando neighborhoods, non-owner-occupied short-term rentals are allowed with minimal restrictions, but we’ll verify everything before onboarding.

    Most properties can be onboarded and listed within 7–10 days after the initial walkthrough. This may vary slightly if your property needs furnishings, upgrades, or cleaning prep.

    What if I already have an active Airbnb listing?

    We can migrate your listing and its review history into our platform or recreate a new listing under the StayMint account. In most cases, it’s a seamless transition with minimal downtime. We’ll walk you through the best option based on your goals and property history.

    Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

    No long-term contracts required. Our agreements are month-to-month, with a 30-day cancellation policy. We earn your business through performance, not legal obligation.
