General Guest FAQs
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on cleaning schedules.
How do I access the property?
All properties are equipped with smart locks. You’ll receive your unique code and instructions via message on the morning of your check-in.
Is WiFi available?
Yes. Every StayMint property offers high-speed WiFi. You’ll find the network name and password in your digital welcome guide and posted inside the unit.
What do I do if I lose internet or power?
Please contact us immediately via the message thread in your Airbnb or booking app. We will assist with troubleshooting and coordinate with providers if needed.
During Your Stay
Where do I park?
Most properties have either on-site parking, a designated spot, or nearby street parking. Parking instructions are included in your pre-arrival message.
How do I use the appliances or electronics?
QR codes are posted near key appliances (TV, thermostat, coffee maker) that link to simple how-to guides and video walkthroughs.
Can I smoke in the unit?
All StayMint properties are 100% smoke-free indoors. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
Can I bring pets?
Pet policies vary by property. If your unit allows pets, it will be stated clearly in the listing. Unauthorized pets may result in a fee or cancellation.
What happens if I need something during my stay?
You can message us through your Airbnb or booking app at any time. We typically respond within 10 minutes between 8am–10pm, and offer 24/7 emergency assistance.
Check-Out Instructions
Before you leave:
Please return any moved furniture to its original position
Place used towels in the bathroom hamper or laundry area
Run the dishwasher if dishes were used
Double check that you’ve packed all your belongings
Lock the door behind you (it locks automatically after 30 seconds)
